Before you write

A few things that help us help you faster:

  • Bug reports — tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and what browser you're using. A screenshot helps if the error is on screen.
  • Feature requests — describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the feature. Sometimes there's a better approach we haven't thought of.
  • Conversion failures — mention the source file format and size if you can. Some failures are format-specific (non-standard HEIC profiles, extra-large files) and knowing the details speeds up the diagnosis.

Response time

Typically within a couple of business days. Sometimes faster, sometimes longer if we need to dig into a technical issue. Everything gets read.

What we can't help with

HEICcon doesn't store your files or conversion history — all processing happens in your browser. If a conversion failed or a file looks wrong, there's no server-side record to check. We can help you troubleshoot the problem, but we can't retrieve anything.
